DUBAI (UAE): Panicked residents fled one of many tallest towers in Dubai early Friday following a fire ripped through it, the other blaze to kick or punch the skyscraper in as much years.

Authorities said no casualties were reported in the blaze which erupted at the center to upper floors within the Torch, in the event the tallest residential rise in the planet.
